High In The Sky

Generally a Regular 8 tourney. Members play for the number five rank spot on the ladder. Must be run by admins so s/he can put winner into fifth spot immediately. Fifth spot winner does not have to defend his title for 24hours so s/he can wallow in his/her new-found glory. If s/he already holds the #1 spot, s/he does not have to defend it for 72 hours, but can if opts to do so.
